The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

    To help contain your shipping costs and expedite delivery, we:

    • Contact several freight companies to obtain the most cost efficient quote.
    • Prepare the equipment for shipping.
    • Request the freight company to pick-up your equipment.
    • E-mail you the shipment date with the tracking number and shipping charge.

    When you receive the equipment, you will pay the shipper direct.

    We do not receive any remuneration from the freight companies or charge our customers any handling fees.

    Do you have a preferred shipper?

    If you have a preferred shipper, please enter the shipper’s name, phone number and account number in the Special Instructions field when checking out.

    The Special Instructions field is located just above the Payment Method section.

    Shipping clarification:

    We do not request insurance unless the customer requests it.

    Prior to shipping, the equipment is inspected for damage and proper packaging by two people. The driver from the freight company inspects the equipment for damage and signs for the equipment.

    On delivery, the customer should inspect the equipment for damage before accepting and paying the shipping costs.

    If damaged, the customer should place a claim directly with the shipping company.

    The customer can call us for assistance when needed.

  • LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY & LIABILITY

    SlideOutLift™ warrants for one year from date of purchase any of its products which do not perform satisfactorily due to defect caused by faulty material or workmanship.

    SlideOutLift™ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of products which are defective and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or defaced by repair or repairs made or attempted by others.

    SlideOutLift™ DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DEATH, INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE OPERATOR'S NEGLIGENCE OR MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ITS ATTACHMENTS.

    SlideOutLift™ MAKES NO WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE REGARDING THE EQUIPMENT OR ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY STATED ABOVE.

    Before returning any product, please contact SlideOutLift™ to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please have the part number, invoice or order number, and reason for the return available when calling.

    For the return to be accepted, the RMA number must be clearly printed on both the exterior of the returned shipping container and on documentation accompanying the return.

    SlideOutLift™ reserves the right to refuse delivery of any return without proper display of the RMA number and will not accept returns without prior approval or consent.

    Please return the item in new, unused condition. Returns need to be received within 30 days of purchase.

    A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Cancellation

    Any cancellation must be approved by SlideOutLift™, and may be subject to handling fees as applicable.
